Regenscheid Custom Homes built our family the home we were dreaming of and on a very tight schedule. They were very flexible when it came to our custom requests, provided us with an enormous selection of high end finishes to choose from and worked with us through all of our changes along the way. Their process is very smooth, and they walk you through all of the choices that need to be made well in advance, to avoid any rushed decisions.
Justin Moody was our main contact throughout the process from the sale of our existing home to the entire build of our new home and was on point from day one. Justin found us a dream acreage site that wasn't even advertised online anywhere! His effort is top notch on all fronts. His patience and drive to satisfy his clients was obvious from the first meeting to the last. The coordination of closing dates was also perfect, we closed on the both houses back to back the same day.
Our home is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the entire process. I fully endorse and also highly recommend both Regenscheid and Justin Moody for the build of your next home..

They allow you to customize everything in the home you would like with no price change, as long as you do not change the square feet of the plan you chose. As in everything involving construction stuff goes wrong and things happen, but with them Jason was more than willing to go out of his way to take care of it and get it done. The Regenscheid team does an amazing job. My wife and I approached them based on a recommendation from a friend that does business with Regenscheid Custom Homes. We met with Justin to kick things off. We came to that initial meeting with a lot we had purchased the prior year, a schematic site layout, and a floor plan. Based on Justin's feedback from the initial meeting, we revised our plan and returned with a design we knew would be a wonderful home and fall within the budget we had set. In addition, we contracted with them to sell our existing house for the convenience of working with one team. The site constraints required careful coordination to accommodate an accessory building, fenced area for our dog, septic system, well, etc. The team met us on-site multiple times to discuss the details and never once did we feel as though we were inconveniencing anyone, or that anyone was impatient with our questions, requests, or concerns. All throughout construction, Justin and Jason answered texts within minutes of me sending either of them a question. Phone calls and emails were answered thoroughly and quickly. In fact, the courtesy and service we received from the Regenscheid team made my wife and I feel like ours was the only house we they were building at the time. I know they had plenty of other houses in various stages of construction during the same time, but they made us feel like ours was their top priority. I have no doubt they made other customers feel the same way. They also work with a great team of subcontractors to handle appliance selections, finishes, fixtures, and the myriad of things that have to be done to complete a home. We’ve moved into our house now and couldn’t be happier. We don’t expect to be moving again any time soon, but without hesitation we would reach out to Regenscheid to build our next home.

Regenscheid custom homes built us our new home in 2015. I must say that I was I very happy with the way everything turned out. Not only is our house amazing but the timeline of the build was insane. From the day we signed our purchase agreement our house was up and closed on in like 74 days. The availability to change details and products of our house was the best part. We like the floor plan but wanted to change a couple things and Jason's team did great at making our home our DREAM home. We are in Zimmerman with an amazing wildlife view Behring us. I would recommend Regenscheid custom homes to anyone that is looking to build your dream home. Their goal is to make every client happy and they will do whatever it takes to make your home the one you want to be happy in and live in for the rest of your life.
